Manufacturing details:
The hand-rendered design is translated into a CAD program from which a wax model is produced. The model is cast, then detailed by a goldsmith. The components are assembled with a laser welder and the ring returns to the bench for setting, scrollwork, and milligrain. After careful inspection, the ring is given a final polish. Our pieces are always handcrafted in California.
