Our Roots

Tacori is a family-owned American luxury jewelry house rooted in hand craftsmanship since 1979. It was founded by Haig and Gilda Tacorian and is currently run by their children, Paul Tacorian and Nadine Tacorian.

Haig and Gilda built Tacori side-by-side in the LA Jewelry District, with long nights, weekend work, and a belief that every detail mattered. What began as a small family business became a house known for European-inspired heirloom designs, meticulous detail, and craftsmanship shaped by hand.

The Next Generation

Haig and Gilda’s children, Paul and Nadine, grew up close to the work but not above it. Their earliest roles gave them different windows into the business, fostering an understanding of the people, process, and craftsmanship behind the house.

As the next generation of family leadership, they have built on what Haig and Gilda created, carrying forward the family’s commitment to craftsmanship while helping Tacori grow into its full potential.

Today

Today, Tacori remains family-owned, handcrafted in America, and guided by the same standards that shaped it from the beginning: meticulous detail, enduring craftsmanship, and creations made to hold personal meaning.

At Tacori Design Studio in Glendale, a glass window separates the offices from the workshop, symbolizing our belief that craftsmanship should always be visible and never treated as separate from our business. This is, and always will be, the heart of our brand.

"Life is about being boldly authentic. We design pieces that inspire people to live on the outside how they dream on the inside."
