Tacori Spring Into Platinum Terms & Conditions

The TACORI Spring into Platinum Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) provided herein are the Terms for the TACORI Spring Into Platinum Promotion (“Promotion”) offered through participating authorized TACORI retailers (“Participating Retailers”) beginning on April 1, 2024 and continuing through September 30, 2024. Customers must contact authorized TACORI retailers to confirm whether they are Participating Retailers in the Promotion. By participating, consumers agree to be bound by these Terms and consumers must comply with these Terms for a certificate to be valid. Spring Into Platinum is available only for consumers domiciled in the United States, who are over the age of 18. Void where prohibited.

A purchase of a TACORI platinum Engagement Ring, Women’s Wedding Band, Eternity Band, Men’s Wedding Band, or Fine Jewelry style (“Bridal or Fine Jewelry”) entitles the purchaser to one five-hundred dollar ($500) Platinum Certificate, which can be applied to the subsequent purchase of a TACORI platinum jewelry piece.

Promotion certificates are valid from the date of original purchase through 5:00 p.m. PST, December 31, 2024, for one-time use, and must be surrendered at the time of use. A Platinum Certificate cannot be combined with any additional Platinum Certificate towards the purchase of a single TACORI platinum item. A Platinum Certificate cannot be redeemed for special order upgrades or remakes and must be redeemed for new purchases only. Platinum Certificate may be combined with additional promotional offering(s) through authorized TACORI retailers for TACORI purchases at the authorized TACORI retailer’s sole discretion and consent. Platinum Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, applied to past purchases, or used for purchasing gift cards. Platinum Certificates are non-transferable.

If a return is made from any purchase of TACORI platinum engagement ring accompanied with a Platinum Certificate, the Platinum Certificate will be void, and cannot be used for any subsequent purchases.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is not available to those residing in jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Promotion will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California. Any and all claims, judgments and awards in connection with the Promotion shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with the Promotion but in no event attorney’s fees; and under no circumstances will a purchaser be permitted to obtain awards for, and purchasers hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and hereby waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. TACORI shall not be liable for the failure of any Participating Retailers to offer or honor the Platinum Certificate, or for any authorized retailer not participating in the Promotion.
