We offer many ways to extend the customer lifetime value and connection with TACORI, including two benefits:
Why do we offer these benefits?
The TACORI Upgrade & Remake Benefit is created so that you can trust our commitment to you and your investment. With these benefits, we add choices and value to your Tacori purchase beyond a one-time transaction.
A few options for a customer who may choose to Upgrade or Remake a Tacori piece:
A customer may choose to upgrade to a new engagement ring or wedding band design for a milestone anniversary (or just because); they may wish to remake their Tacori timeless piece to cherish for years to come; or they may desire a new fashion piece to complement their style.
However, you’re considering the best way to wear your favorite Tacori design(s) over the lifetime of your piece, we’re here to help make that happen.
An upgrade is when an original piece is traded in for a different style, and the purchase price of the new piece is greater than the original piece value.
A remake is when an original piece is traded in for the same style, and the purchase price of the new piece is equal or greater than the original piece value.
Bridal pieces in 14k Gold, 18k Gold and Platinum.
Fashion pieces in 925 Silver, 18k Gold and Platinum.
Bridal pieces purchased on or before January 4th, 2014 are eligible for credit up to 75%.
Bridal pieces purchased after January 4th, 2014 are eligible for credit up to 65%.
Fashion pieces are eligible for credit up to 45%, regardless of purchase date.
With the introduction of our Coastal Crescent Collection, TACORI’s only bridal collection offered in 14k Gold, we created an attainable price point with an unprecedented upgrade benefit. Customers who purchase a Coastal Crescent Collection bridal piece in 14k Gold are eligible for credit of up to 80% when they upgrade to a bridal piece made in 18k Gold or Platinum. Remakes of Coastal Crescent Collection pieces are subject to credit of up to 65%.
*The use of 14K Gold metal and SI-H Diamonds is exclusively available for the Coastal Crescent Collection. Please note that when a materials upgrade occurs, both the metal (to 18k Gold or Platinum) and the diamonds (to G color, VS clarity) are both upgraded. For requests of remakes & upgrades without a materials upgrade, the credit follows the traditional upgrade offering, up to 65%.
Fashion pieces purchased on Tacori.com are also eligible for credit up to 45%, regardless of purchase date. Only pieces purchased directly through Tacori.com are eligible for online upgrades & remakes. For additional details, contact our customer care team directly at email@example.com.
*Pieces sold at a discount through the TACORI Private Sale Events are not eligible for credits towards remakes. Any remakes of pieces sold through TACORI Private Events will be done at the full original MSRP of the item.
Upgrades & Remakes can only be completed through TACORI Authorized Retailers (with the exception of fashion pieces purchased directly through tacori.com). Your authorized retailer will require proof of purchase (authenticity number, copy of the original receipt, etc.), to confirm authenticity of your TACORI piece before completing an upgrade/remake.
Final prices and credits on all materials (metals, diamonds) and designs will be determined after thorough assessment done by TACORI Headquarters. Authorized retailers cannot confirm the credit on behalf. TACORI does not provide credit amount totals in advance of the assessment. All credit amounts must be confirmed in writing by TACORI.
Exchanges of a single piece for multiple pieces, multiple pieces for a single piece, or for bridal-for-fashion and fashion-for-bridal, all scenarios are at the discretion of TACORI and must be approved by TACORI Headquarters in advance.
