GENERAL PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Tacori Private Sale All Sales Final:

Any and all product purchased through the Private Sale is final, and will not be accepted by TACORI for exchange, return, or repair. There will be no price adjustment for previously purchased TACORI product as a result of Private Sale purchases. Private Sale purchases are not eligible to participate in the TACORI Journeys travel voucher program. Private Sale begins on Monday, November 20 at 8:00am PST, and ends on Monday, December 4 at 5:00pm PST. Private Sale is only available through www.tacori.com, United States only.

At this time, Tacori.com purchases can only be purchased and shipped throughout the United States. We have authorized Retail Partners in Canada, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, as well as the United States, from whom purchases can be made in your local market. The Tacori.com shopping selection features a limited, but extensive, collection of both women’s and men’s jewelry which are available for customers in the United States to purchase directly from Tacori.com. Tacori engagement rings and wedding bands are not available for purchase through Tacori.com, but rather, are available exclusively throughout North America and the United Kingdom via our hand-selected authorized Retail Partner network. Regarding specific paperwork that you might receive from an authorized Tacori retail partner when you purchase an authentic piece of Tacori jewelry, although this varies between retailers, you should receive a detailed receipt with your date of purchase, jewelry style number and all costs.

If there is any reason that you suspect that your item is not an authentic Tacori design, you can ask your authorized Tacori retail partner for an appraisal, and also to provide bills of sale that state “Tacori” on them as well as any/all pictures, sales quotes or documentation regarding your purchase so that you have all the information that makes you feel comfortable knowing that you have received an authentic Tacori design.

The Tacori.com website gallery contains photography of the largest selection of Tacori styles. That said, not every engagement ring, wedding band, women’s jewelry or men’s jewelry item is featured.

Tacori makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing data listed on Tacori.com, but there are many variations of prices, due to sizing, modifications, metal selection, and other design considerations. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, without any written notice or other notification.

If the correct price of an item sold by Tacori is higher than the price stated on the Website, Tacori will, in its sole discretion, either contact you for instructions on whether you would like to purchase at the correct pricing or cancel your order.

We’d love to collaborate with you to "special order" a custom design from Tacori. In order to begin this process, we encourage you to please visit your local authorized Tacori retailer to speak in-depth with their jeweler about your dream design and to place your order.

Every Tacori design is handcrafted in California by master artisans. This means that our Designers sit directly alongside the Craftsman who make every piece, as well as the Tacori Family who oversee the entire process.

Because of the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we welcome the many customers who choose Tacori rings to reflect their unique style. With our Design Studios all under one roof, we are uniquely able to ensure the highest level of quality and care as we craft your personalized design.

Please know that creating a custom order personalized to your desires may take a bit more time than a standard order. The turnaround time for “special order rings” will likely be between 3-6 weeks, as it will be a custom piece made to your specifications.

Your authorized Tacori retailer will be able to provide any and all pricing information for you, as well as a timeline for creating your special order piece.

*Custom orders such as custom engagement rings and custom wedding rings do often take longer to create and there may be added costs, depending on the specifics of the project.

Almost all Tacori rings are sold as “semi-mounts”, which means that the smaller accent gemstones have already been set, but NOT the center diamond.

The choices of center diamond shape, size (and price) are up to you and your special someone! And virtually all of our authorized Tacori retail partners sell diamond centers in a variety of shapes and sizes that can be set in the Tacori setting of your choice.

Tacori diamonds used in our semi-mounts are generally G color and VS clarity diamonds, or better. They’ve been hand-selected by Tacori diamond experts, and are used in all of our engagement ring mountings and wedding bands for maximum beauty and brilliance.

If you do not already have a center diamond for your engagement ring, the choice of center diamond shape, size (and price) is up to you and your special someone! Whether it’s an heirloom stone that’s been passed through the generations, or a gem that you select on your own, we are here to help make your diamond shine as brilliantly as possible within a Tacori setting. Additionally, virtually all of our authorized Tacori retail partners sell diamonds in a variety of shapes and sizes that can be set in the Tacori setting of your choice.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Tacori.com accepts the following credit cards as payment, American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.

At the time of purchase, the total dollar amount of the order is allocated to the card. Your payment (the transfer of funds) will not occur until your item ships. Please note, if, at the time of shipment if insufficient funds are available, the order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified via email.

We are required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. You will be shown your estimated sales tax (if applicable) during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Currently, we are able to ship via UPS (Overnight, 2-Day, and Ground) to United States only.

As a convenience for our customers, we offer complimentary Ground shipping on all orders over $250.

Should you wish to elect Overnight or 2-Day shipping, the shipping price will be shown in the checkout process prior to submitting your order.

Please note that items in stock will ship within 3-5 business days. Items not in stock will ship within 2-3 weeks. At the time of checkout, please note the shipping timeline quoted on your order confirmation.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Please check back periodically, as we are investigating international shipping possibilities. We look forward to helping you soon!

Yes. All items shipped are fully insured during transit; therefore all shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please note that additional charges may accrue if additional delivery attempts are made.

At this time, items ordered on Tacori.com are only available to be shipped to the address you designate at checkout.

All items purchased on Tacori.com are processed through Tacori.com, and cannot be shipped to an authorized Retail Partner at this time.

All Tacori.com purchases will arrive in a Tacori Blue Box. During checkout you will have the option to include a gift message for each order. The gift message will arrive with your order.

ORDER STATUS QUESTIONS

You can check on your order status at any time on Tacori.com. Simply log into your Account, and then click on “My Orders”. You will be able to review the status of all pending and shipped orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE QUESTIONS

We hope you’ll love your Tacori item, but if you’re considering a return, please note that your purchase from Tacori.com may be returned for full credit consideration within 15 calendar days from the date that you received your shipment.

Kindly note that your purchase will only be accepted for return by Tacori if it is in original condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear.

All items purchased on Tacori.com must be returned through the Tacori.com process, and cannot be returned to an authorized Retail Partner or any other channel.

After 15 calendar days from receipt, items are no longer eligible for return, but are eligible for exchange within 30 calendar days from the receipt. After 30 calendar days from receipt, all sales are considered to be final.

Just like a return, any item considered for exchange must be in original condition with original packaging and no signs of wear.

Items will be returned to sender if there is any visible wear and tear, and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To meet the 15 day return policy, Tacori.com will timestamp your Return Request to ensure that your item is within the timeframe that is eligible for return.

From the point that you submit your Return Request, you will receive an email within one to two business days from the Tacori.com Customer Excellence team which will include a Return Authorization Form, a return shipping label, and instructions about what must be included on both the inside, and exterior of the return package.

The “Return Authorization Form” that you will receive from Tacori contains your personal return information. You must include this form inside the return shipment package so that we can accurately process and credit your return.

The form also includes your “Return Authorization Number”. You must clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipment package so that is visible on the exterior upon receipt. This is very important so that we can accurately process and receive your return.

Please note that all packages MUST have your unique Return Authorization number clearly listed on the outside of the package; if it is NOT visible, the package will be refused and returned to you, the sender, and your return will not be accepted.

Please note that you will need to ship your package within 5 calendar days from the date that you received your Return Authorization Form in order for it to be considered for return. Anything received after this date may not be accepted.

Once we’ve received your item for return, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there is any visible wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in original condition, item(s) will be returned to sender, and no return credit will be offered.

If the Return is accepted, Tacori will send you a confirmation email regarding your return, and will issue a refund to your credit card for the price of the item within 30 days. Please note that any shipping and insurance expenses will not be refunded.

We hope you’ll love your Tacori item, but if you’re considering an exchange for a different piece, different size, or different variation, color or design, please note that your purchase from Tacori.com will be eligible for exchange consideration within 30 calendar days from the date that you received your shipment.

If the Exchange is accepted, Tacori will send you a confirmation email.

Exchanges for alternate sizes/colors are not guaranteed to be in stock and may require a wait time of 2-4 weeks.

To check on the status of your exchange or return, simply log into your account on Tacori.com. Within your Account, click on “My Returns”. Within your account, you will be able to see the status of all exchanges and returns requested.

Items purchased on Tacori.com may be returned for Repair and Care through the Tacori.com process.

TACORI’s Promise of Service:

When you purchase a Tacori engagement ring, your purchase is more than an investment in a beautiful piece of jewelry—it is also an investment in the care of your piece by the expert artisans at Tacori.

*Complimentary engagement ring and wedding band services that Tacori provides as part of our dedication to our customers include: sizing (when and if possible), general refurbishing and engraving touch-up.

For the greatest continuity of care for your Tacori piece, we recommend that you take your Tacori piece and your Certificate of Authenticity to your authorized Tacori retail partner as listed on your card so that they may send your Tacori piece directly to our California Design Studios.

Shipping and insurance costs may apply, and are not covered by TACORI’s Promise of Service.

Your personalized serial number will identify your unique Tacori item to the retailer and provide tracking and continuity of care on your piece.

If you have questions about matching Tacori wedding band recommendations, any and all care services, Tacori setting upgrades, cleaning recommendations and more, your authorized Tacori retail partner will be happy to answer your questions.

Please know that although we have very high standards for our authorized Tacori retail partners and in their team’s treatment of our products, we cannot guarantee any work done by any outside jeweler. We strongly recommend that you ask your authorized Tacori retail partner to send your Tacori purchase directly to us (Tacori) for all services.

Any work performed by an outside jeweler may compromise the integrity of the piece, thus, no future work by Tacori can be “guaranteed” after outside work has been performed.

For proper servicing of your Tacori piece, again, it is imperative that all work be handled exclusively through authorized Tacori retail partners, who can work directly with Tacori craftsmen to provide the greatest continuity of care.

Due to the individual character of hand craftsmanship, you may notice slight variances in each Tacori design, which ensures that no two pieces are identical. This personal touch transforms each Tacori piece into a small work of art.

We recommend that you extend the life and value of your handcrafted Tacori heirloom by treating it with the same care it was given in its creation by the Tacori craftsmen at our California Design Studios.

Please know that Tacori jewelry is made of precious metals and fine gems, and should be treated as such. Here are a few things you can do to keep your Tacori piece in excellent condition:

When not being worn, store your Tacori jewelry separately so it will not be scratched or damaged by other jewelry.

Protect all jewelry from sharp blows or strong pressure.

Remove your jewels if needed. Cosmetics, hair spray, perfumes, lotions, other substances and chemicals may cause build-up of grime, will diminish jewelry’s natural sheen and beauty.

To restore a beautiful shine to your Tacori jewels, your authorized Tacori retail partner can recommend a cleansing gel and brush that is suited to your piece. Please know that we don’t recommend using a home ultrasonic machine, which could loosen stones if used incorrectly.

You can also polish your Tacori piece with a clean, soft, slightly damp cloth before and after wear and handling. This will help prevent a build-up of natural oil accumulation that occurs through normal wear when the jewelry item touches skin.

Further, always remove jewelry and store it carefully in a safe place when working with your hands, such as: performing household tasks, gardening, playing sports, bathing, using abrasive products or engaging in any activity that could damage or cause the loss of your jewelry.

If your piece has gemstone components, be sure to never submerge your piece in an ultrasonic or steam cleaner, nor expose them to saltwater or harsh chemicals (including household cleaning supplies). Also avoid extended exposure to extreme temperature or strong sunlight, which may cause gem discoloration. 

When not wearing your Tacori piece, we encourage you to store your Tacori design in the soft pouch or box provided by Tacori.

If you received a Tacori pouch with your purchase, please know that this is a specially designed pouch with ultra-soft finish that will not scratch your piece, and it also has anti-tarnish properties that will help the design maintain its bright finish longer. The Tacori pouch has the added value of protecting the piece from any hard impact or being scratched by other items.

If you received a Tacori box with your purchase, this is a wonderful place to store your jewelry when not being worn to keep it secure and protect it from any impact or from being scratched by other items.

For continuing care and questions, we recommend that you visit your authorized Tacori retail partner on an annual basis for a cleaning, check-up, and for suggestions to any maintenance questions you may have. Plus, you may find another Tacori design to add to your collection!

If items requiring repair were purchased on Tacori.com, you may call our Customer Excellence team for assistance. In order to process your repair you will be asked to provide some basic order information to confirm that the piece was purchased from Tacori.com. This information may include your piece’s Authenticity Number as well as the name on the Account associated with the purchase.

Please note only items purchased from Tacori.com may be returned directly to Tacori for repair.

Customer Excellence will assist you in completing a Repair Form and shipping your item to our Design Studios. After we have a chance to inspect the piece and the extent of the repair, we will send you a free estimate.
