Inaccuracies In Pricing
TACORI undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of pricing data listed on the Website, but certain items may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by TACORI is higher than the price stated on the Website, TACORI will, in its sole discretion, either contact you for instructions on whether you would like to purchase at the correct pricing or cancel your order.
Return Policy
Customers who purchased TACORI products directly through the TACORI Website may return the item for a full credit card refund provided that the item is postmarked for return within 15 days of initial delivery to the customer and in original packaging and original condition. Items returned postmarked after 15 days from delivery and before 30 days will receive a merchandise credit for TACORI items available through our Website only provided the item is in its original packaging and original condition.
Any items purchased through the TACORI Website returned without original packaging or damage may be subject to a fee, including but not limited to, refurbishing charges, polishing, and restocking (“Restocking Fee”). The Restocking Fee will be determined by TACORI in its sole discretion and customers will be notified of such. TACORI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse returned items purchased through the TACORI Website.
Please note items purchased through our network of authorized retailers are subject to their return policies, and customers who purchased through the Website may not return to an authorized retailer. Customers who purchased directly through the TACORI Website may only return items through TACORI and subject to these Terms.
Tacori Private Sale All Sales Final: Any and all product purchased through the Private Sale is final,and will not be accepted by TACORI for exchange, return, or repair. There will be no price adjustment for previously purchased TACORI product as a result of Private Sale purchases. Private Sale begins on Monday April 22 at 8:00am PST, and ends on Monday April 29th at 12:00pm PST. Private Sale is only available through www.Tacori.com, United States only.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content on the Website, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, digital downloads, data compilations, interactive features ("Content") and the trademarks, service marks, graphics, scripts, and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to TACORI, subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights under the law. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees.
